NTT-Tech Elevator Emergency Dialer
NTT-Tech's 4G emergency auto dialer is installed in lifts to connect trapped passengers to a call centre. We designed its enclosure from scratch in Onshape and print it in impact-resistant PETG as a monthly production run. The dialer inside is ICASA-certified and SANS 50081-20 compliant, so the housing has to fit it exactly, every batch.

For housings that sit near heat or need extra stiffness.
Questions We Get Asked
What do you need from me to design an enclosure?
The board outline and mounting holes (a STEP export from your PCB tool is ideal, a dimensioned drawing works too), where the connectors, buttons and LEDs sit, how the box will be mounted, and whether it lives indoors or outdoors.
Can I get one prototype before a production run?
Yes. We print a first unit for you to fit your board into, adjust the design if needed, then move to the batch. A one-off takes 2-3 days; batches take 1-2 weeks.
How many enclosures can you make?
From a single prototype to repeat runs of hundreds. The NTT-Tech enclosure is an ongoing monthly production run.
Which file types can I send?
STEP, STL, 3MF, OBJ, PDF drawings or photos, up to 5MB. If you already have an STL of the enclosure you get an instant online price.
