Prices are in South African rand and are what you pay for the product. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by PayFast on its own secure page; we never see your card details. Your order is confirmed when PayFast confirms the payment, and we email you a confirmation.
Our products are made in small batches. If the last unit sells while you are paying, we will refund you in full or, if you prefer, hold your order for the next batch.
We ship anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy, usually within 3 working days of payment, and email you the tracking number. The delivery times shown at checkout are the courier’s estimates. We do not offer collection.
You can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order, and faulty products are covered for 6 months. See the returns and refunds policy for how.
Some products contain strong magnets and are adult barware, not toys. They are sold only to people aged 18 or older, and you confirm your age at checkout. Keep them away from children. Swallowed magnets can cause serious injury: seek medical help immediately. Do not use them near pacemakers. Use products as described; do not throw or drop them.
