This applies to products bought from the ThinkerPrint shop (for example The Bar Ball). Custom print jobs made to your own design or file are covered by your quote instead, because they are made to your specification.
You can cancel an online purchase for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, as the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act allows. Email prints@thinkerprint.co.za with your order number, then send the product back unused and in its box. You pay the cost of returning it. We refund what you paid within 30 days of your cancellation, to the payment method you used.
If your product arrives damaged, or develops a defect from the way it was made within 6 months, tell us. Under the Consumer Protection Act you can choose a repair, a replacement or a refund. We cover the return delivery for faulty items. Send a photo with your email so we can sort it out quickly.
This does not cover damage from misuse, such as dropping or throwing the product, or wear from normal use.
If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full, including delivery.
