A customer's Dribuddi clothes dryer was out of action after the plastic bracket that holds a leg to the main unit cracked. No replacement was available, and the part is not a simple shape: an angled leg socket, a sloped rounded end, internal ribs and two screw-mounting tabs. We reverse-engineered it from the broken original, measuring the bracket and the aluminium leg with digital calipers and marked-up photos (overall size, 1.6 mm walls, socket angle, rib positions, screw holes), then modelled it as a fully parametric part in Onshape, so the fit, angle and size can be changed in seconds. Several printed versions were compared side by side with the original until one matched, and the final parts were printed in PETG with the socket sized for a snug push fit onto the leg. The replacement was made in a few days. It fits the original screw points and takes the existing leg, and we keep the CAD file on hand for repeat orders or similar models. Three were printed and fitted.
